IDAACS 2027 Registration Fees

For people who need invitation letters, it will be possible to fill out a separate form.
The invitations will be prepared only after the registration payment is completed.

FULL REGISTRATION: Registration fee can cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. For an additional accepted paper (maximum two papers in total) associated with the same registration, the 45€ contribution will be charged. For each extra page (7 and more), the author will be charged an additional 20€.

Full registration (IEEE and non-IEEE Members) includes entrance to all Sessions, Workshops, an e-copy of the Conference Proceedings, Welcome Party, Coffee Breaks, Luncheons, City Tour, and Conference Dinner (attendance must be confirmed during registration and during the event).

PARTICIPANT FEE FOR STUDENTS: This participation fee is valid when the authors’ team includes student(s) (Undergraduate or Graduate), and a student has to be the first author of the paper. Within this fee, only the student can be registered and attend the Conference.

The Student and IEEE Life-Members registration fees include entrance to all Sessions, Workshops, an e-copy of the Conference Proceedings, Welcome Party, Coffee Breaks, Luncheons, and City Tour.

LOW INCOME COUNTRIES: Under low-income countries, two groups are considered: Lower-Middle Income Economies and Low Income Economies country groups (please check here).

Taking into account the martial law in Ukraine, a discount of about 40%, equivalent to the low-income countries category, is established for Ukrainian resident scientists.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION: Online participation includes attendance at specific sessions available online. More information will be available later in the conference programme.

ADDITIONAL PAGE: Please count all additional pages from all your papers and add them to the cart at once. An “Additional page” means that your paper has more than 6 pages (7, 8, and so on).

ACCOMPANYING PERSON: Includes entrance to all Sessions, Workshops, an e-copy of the Conference Proceedings, Welcome Party, Coffee Breaks, Luncheons, City Tour, and Conference Dinner.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any type of participation (either presentation of papers or attendance at the conference) must be covered by one of the fee categories (IEEE and non-IEEE Member, Student IEEE and non-IEEE Member, or IEEE Life Member).

All bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant.

The conference registration fees do not include VAT, as they are exempt from tax.

In case of cancellation of participation in IEEE IDAACS 2027 after payment has already been made, refund of the conference fee is not possible.

To be published in the IEEE IDAACS 2027 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to pay a registration fee and must present the paper at the Conference.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the Conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author.
