Conference Chairs Selection: The venue and Conference Chairs for next IDAACS Conference are selected by International Advisory Board  https://www.idaacs.net/advisory-board  at least two years in advance to a term of this Conference. Since IDAACS Conference Series is moving between different interactional locations, considered candidates for Chairs of IDAACS Conference, and Chair of the Organizing Committee, are usually related to the location of the next event and to the specific university (organization) that will be responsible for the local arrangements. Potential candidates are evaluated on the basis of their H-index, prior experience with organizing and running conferences, workshops, symposium, etc. International Advisory Board approves co-Chairs of International Program Committee at least 1.5 years in advance, in consultation with Chairs of Conference. In this process, a past association with IDAACS conference series is considered, to assure that the candidate(s) is(are) aware of IDAACS principles and ideals. Finally, alignment with, and coverage of, the IDAACS conference topics, based on the candidate(s) list of publications and participation in international R&D projects, are taken into account as well. In case of candidates of equal scientific standing, gender is also considered.
