IDAACS 2025 Registration Fees

For people who needs the invitation letters: fill out a separate form
The invitations will be prepared only after the registration payment is done.

FULL REGISTRATION: Registration fee can cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. For an additional accepted paper (maximum two papers in total) associated with the same registration, the 45€ contribution will be charged. For each extra page (7 and more), the author will be charged with additional 20€.  

Full registration (IEEE and non IEEE Members) includes the entrance to all Sessions, Workshops, an e-copy of the Conference Proceedings, Coffee breaks, Luncheons, City Tour and Conference Dinner (you need to confirm your attendance during registration and during the event). 

PARTICIPANT FEE FOR STUDENTS: This participation fee is valid when the authors’ team includes student(s) (Undergraduate or Graduate), and a student has to be the first author of the paper. Within this fee, only the student can be registered and attend the Conference.

The Student and IEEE Life-Members registration fees includes the entrance to all Sessions, Workshops, an e-copy of the Conference Proceedings, Coffee breaks and City Tour.

LOW INCOME COUNTRIES: Under low-income countries, 2 groups are considered: Lower-Middle Income Economies and Low Income Economies country groups (please check here ).

Taking into account the martial law in Ukraine the discount about 40%, equivalent for low-income countries, is established for Ukrainian residence scientists.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION: Under online participation is considered the attendance of the specific sessions that are available online. More information will be available later in the Programme of the conference.

ADDITIONAL PAGE: Please count all additional pages from all your papers and add them all to the cart at once. Under “Additional page” is considered if your paper has more than 6 pages (7, 8, and so on).

ACCOMPANYING PERSON: People, who are registering as Accompanying Person have NO access to any session of the conference. They can take part only in social activities of the IDAACS 2025 like  Welcoming Party, Tours, Conference Dinner.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any type of participation (either it is for the presentation of papers or just attendance at the conference) must be covered by one of the fee categories (IEEE and NON-IEEE Member, Student IEEE and NON-IEEE Member or IEEE Life Member).

All the bank transfer fees must be covered by participant.

The conference registration fees do not include VAT, as they are exempt from tax.

In case of cancellation of the participation in the IEEE IDAACS 2025 after the payment was already made, the refund of the conference fees is not possible.

To be published in the IEEE IDAACS 2025 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to pay a registration fee and must present the paper at the Conference.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the Conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the Conference.
